Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charges.
- If a booking is cancelled within 2 hours of pickup time, a cancellation fee may apply.
- In cases where the driver has already been dispatched or arrived at the pickup location, the full fare may be charged.
- No-shows or failure to board the booked taxi will be considered a completed trip, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In the event of duplicate payments or technical errors, customers are requested to contact our support team for prompt assistance.
- Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or road closures.
